The contact form receives your name, email, contact details, company if provided, languages, project description and any file you choose to attach.
We use this information to assess your request, reply and prepare a proposal.
Access and storage
New requests and attachments are forwarded by email to comercial@opportunity-translations.com. The site does not save these requests in its database or keep copies of attachments.
The email delivery service and our business mailbox process messages and may retain them under their policies and as needed to respond to the request. Braivix deletion rules do not apply to quote request emails.
Your requests
To request access to, correction of or deletion of information you sent, email comercial@opportunity-translations.com.
Records are retained for as long as needed to assess the request and meet applicable obligations arising from the commercial relationship.

When a project is contracted, its own terms may supplement how documents and data are handled.
